Industrial Painters

Panthera Solutions, a leading provider of industrial solutions and value-added services in asset maintenance and offshore deck services to the oil & gas industry in Guyana are looking to strengthen our existing team of professionals.  We are looking for qualified Blasters and Painters to join our team of professionals. As part of promoting the development of Guyana’s oil and gas industry, preference in hiring will be given to qualified local Guyanese residents and/or Guyanese citizens.

Skills Required:

• Blasting of offshore structure as directed by the painting lead
• Surface preparation of offshore structure and piping.
• Previous experience of using blasting and painting equipment
• Maintenance or all equipment used for blasting and painting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certification or proven experience in one or more of the following trades is considered an asset: Painting, Scaffolding, Insulating, Rigging, Rope Access, Industrial Cleaning.
• NACE Level 1,2,3 certification is considered an asset
• Offshore certification to include TBOISET, Confined Space, Working at Height.
• A track record of delivering service excellence.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.
• Must be committed to ongoing personal development and hold a valid passport.
• Must be legally able to work in Guyana; preference will be given to qualified Guyanese residents
