Operations Manager

Panthera Solutions, a leading provider of industrial solutions and offshore deck services to the oil & gas industry in Guyana, is seeking a qualified Operations Manager with engineering experience to join our team. Preference will be given to qualified Guyanese residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure service excellence and safety in trade work (painting, scaffolding, insulation, rigging, cleaning, rope access).
• Oversee resource allocation (labor, materials, finances) to meet project requirements.
• Assist the General Manager in project planning and execution; act as second-in-command when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operational leadership.
• Overseeing trade personnel.
• Background in the Oil & Gas industry (preferred).
• Strong project planning, cost control, and financial management skills.
• Proven track record in business development and service delivery.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.
• Certification or experience in Painting, Scaffolding, Insulating, Rigging, Rope Access, or Industrial Cleaning.
• NACE Level 1, 2, or 3 certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or similar role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Guyana and hold a valid passport.
