Scaffolder Journeyman

Panthera Solutions Inc. is growing its team to service Guyana's developing oil & gas industry. Our aim is to be Guyana’s leading provider of industrial solutions and value-added services in asset maintenance and offshore deck services. We are currently looking for individuals to work as Scaffolder Journeyman within our offshore operations. Successful candidates who excel in this position will be given preference in transferring into the equivalent position within our offshore workforce at a later date.

As the Scaffolder Journeyman your key responsibilities will be to safely oversee and provide direction with respect to the assignment of scaffold related resources (labour, materials, finances). You will lead the planning, and oversee the safe execution of scaffolding including erecting, assembling, dismantling, logistics and storage of scaffold materials.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Scaffold Certification
• Offshore scaffold supervisory experience is considered as asset.
• Ability to work from oral and written instructions, sketches and diagrams.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.
• Must be medically fit according to an offshore international standard.
• Fully competent with Ring Lock System Scaffold is necessary.
• Must be legally able to work in Guyana

Required Document:

• Valid Offshore Medical (OG-UK or equivalent)
• Valid Drug & Alcohol Test
• Tuberculosis Test
• Yellow Fever Vaccine
• Valid Police Clearance
• BST or Base Offshore Survival (CBSP) or TBOISET Certification
• HUET ( Heli-Underwater Escape Training)
• HUEBA or CA-EBS
• Confined Space Entry Certification
