Scaffolders

Panthera Solutions, a leading provider of industrial solutions and value-added services in asset maintenance and offshore deck services to the oil & gas industry in Guyana are looking to strengthen our existing team of professionals.  We are looking for qualified Scaffolders to join our team of professionals. As part of promoting the development of Guyana’s oil and gas industry, preference in hiring will be given to qualified local Guyanese residents and/or Guyanese citizens.

We welcome applications from individuals with a combination of skills and experience, including but not limited to:

• Commitment to safety and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Previous experience with scaffolding, using either system or tube and fitting equipment.
• Successfully completed high school
• Completed trade certification and/or demonstrated appropriate trade competency
• Agreement to work an extended schedule on and offshore as required.
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.
• Ability to work at height and/or in confined spaces.
• Experience working in an offshore or industrial environment is considered an asset.
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certification or proven experience of industrial scaffolding with additional experience of  one or more of the following trades is considered an asset: Painting, Insulating, Rigging, Rope Access, Industrial Cleaning.
• Offshore certification to include TBOISET, Confined Space, Working at Height.
• Must be committed to ongoing personal development and hold a valid passport.
• Must be legally able to work in Guyana; preference will be given to qualified Guyanese residents
